Do you like baseball? The Murphy Library is showing Million Dollar Arm, a baseball movie on Thursday filled with fastballs, curves, and a lot of growing up. The library is showing this 2014 film starring Jon Hamm this Thursday at 6 p.m. Running time is 124 minutes and the film is rated PG.

JB Bernstein is a sports agent who needs to find new young pitchers so he can pitch them to Major League Baseball teams. He is out of prospects until he sees an Indian cricket game on television. He visits India and finds two potential players. But in the U.S. they are strangers in, what is to them, a strange land. Can JB find it in himself to help them through the tough times?
