Two restaurants in France give us The Hundred Foot Journey this Thursday at 6 p.m.

Posted on: April 12, 2015

The ingredients in the next Murphy Library film are cooked up in two restaurants in the village of Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val in the south of France. Tension erupts from the owners, a French woman carefully guarding her Michelin stars and the determined Indian man across the street. However a little sweetness is added to the broth when his handsome son meets her lovely sous-chef.

The library is screening this PG-rated film, The Hundred Foot Journey this Thursday at 6 p.m. Running time is 122 minutes. Lasse Hallstrom, who also made Chocolat, directed this film. Helen Mirren stars.
