Posted on: March 23, 2015

How is your adrenaline these days? Does it feel low? Would a Mafia hit man in a fast car with guns blazing help? In Sicily?

Well, sit back and get ready because the Murphy Library is showing Salvo, Film Movement’s independent movie from Italy this Thursday at 6 p.m. It is not rated but it is non-stop excitement. Running time is 104 minutes. In Italian and Sicilian with subtitles in English.

Salvo is a hit man.   After someone tries to kill his boss, Salvo goes to the assailant’s home to do the dirty work. The only problem: the man’s blind sister who lives with him. Meeting her changes Salvo forever.

The Murphy Library’s subscription with Film Movement allows the library to advertise and publicly show their films one time and they go into the library’s collection. Call 837-2417 for details.
