Funny, romantic Japanese crime caper this Thursday at Murphy Library at 6 p.m.

Thirty-something magazine editor Kanae has a plan to get married in two months, although she has no one in mind. Thirty-something Sakuari, a failed actor living in desperate circumstances, tries to take his life….and fails. Kondo is a wealthy hit man very successful at his work.

They are at the heart of Film Movement’s comedy/crime/romance, Key of Life. The Murphy Library is showing this Japanese film Thursday at 6 p.m. Running time is 128 minutes and the film is not suitable for children.
