Friends’ Wine Tasting Party this Friday, July 13 at 6 p.m. at Cherokee Cellars Winery and Art Gallery
Posted on: July 8, 2012
Thanks to Steve and Cathy Cammick, owners of Cherokee Cellars Winery and Art Gallery in downtown Murphy, the Friends of Murphy Library are holding a Wine Tasting party this Friday, July 13 from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $10 per person at the Murphy Library. Everyone is welcome.
Judith Beyer will be singing and playing her guitar. The lovely art on the walls is by Amanda Fullerton.
Here’s a chance to sit down with your favorite cookbook. We would greatly appreciate donations of sweet or savory finger foods that will complement wine. Just bring them with you Friday night. As always, thank you for your generosity (and for your sense of fun — last year’s party was a lot of fun!).
Cherokee Cellars Winery and Art Gallery is on Hickory Street across Valley River from the Curiosity Book Shoppe and behind Hicks Auto Repair. Tickets can be purchased at the library during the week or at the door the night of the party.
